Lutheran Compassion Relief
Our M.A.T. Was Formed In Response To Christ's Example
St. Paul's Lutheran Compassion Relief (L.C.R.) Ministry was formed in response to Christ’s example of feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and sheltering the homeless.
This ministry is structured for relief efforts as it pertains to St. Paul’s Mission Statement. LCR MAT will come face-to-face with systemic causes of poverty and develop ministry opportunities to engage the congregation in hands-on projects that serve the poor and needy. We do this all by faith in Christ, through the power of His Holy Spirit and with the generous support of donors.
The scope of LCR efforts includes local, national and international levels of compassionate intervention.
