Lenten Soup Suppers
Beginning Ash Wednesday, March 5th (and for the following five Wednesdays), please plan to come early to church and enjoy soup, salad, bread, dessert and, best of all, fellowship before the mid-week Lenten service. Everyone is welcome to come and bring family or friends!

Lenten Mid-Week Services
On Wednesdays, starting on Ash Wednesday, we will be doing a series based on Philip Yancey's book Undone: A Modern Rendering of John Donne's Devotions. We will be using this book to guide our sermons.

Holy Week

Palm Sunday
Holy week begins on Palm Sunday, April 13th. We will be looking at Jesus entering Jerusalem on a donkey, an act filled with symbolism, and almost immediately leaves the city to rest before his work ahead.

Maundy Thursday
On Maundy Thursday, April 17th, we share in the holy supper Christ gave the church to reveal his unfailing love for the human family. It is on this day that we remember Jesus' mandate (maundy) to love one another as we are loved by God.

Good Friday
On Good Friday, April 18th, we will be celebrating a "Tenebrae" service. The word "Tenebrae" comes from the Latin meaning "darkness". A Tenebrae service is a moving and emotional Good Friday service that makes use of gradually diminishing light through the extinguishing of candles while reflecting on and remembering the "Seven Words From The Cross".
